The Marvel Rivals Gamerverse 1:6 Spider-Man Posed Figure puts the wall-crawler into McFarlane's Wave 2 Marvel Rivals lineup at one-sixth scale, drawn directly from his in-game model in the team-based hero shooter. Spider-Man has been Marvel's most recognizable character since his 1962 debut in Amazing Fantasy #15, and he anchors the Marvel Rivals roster as one of the launch heroes. The figure pairs the 1:6 scale with a posed stance suited to display, plus a base and comic that match the rest of the Marvel Rivals Wave 2 wave, from Imports Dragon.
Marvel Rivals players who main Spider-Man will find the in-game model translated faithfully into shelf form, and statue collectors who already have the Wave 1 Hulk and Iron Man will get a Wave 2 entry that lines up at the same scale. Spider-Man's web-poses also give the figure more visual interest on a shelf than figures stuck in a standing pose. The figure also lands well as a gift for the Spider-Man fan who has worked through most of the basic action figures and wants something more display-grade. The 1:6 scale gives the piece a weight on the shelf that smaller figures cannot match.
