PAYMENT METHODS

Credit & Debit Cards

Payment is captured at the time of purchase.

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card for all orders. We do not accept other brands of cards or company purchase orders. All payments are in US funds only.

When placing an order, you will be prompted for your card details at checkout. To prevent fraudulent activity, we require the security code for each purchase. Payment is captured at the time of purchase.

**Debit Card Users:** Debit cards function differently than credit cards. The transaction amount is immediately held and may not be available for withdrawal. If an order is canceled, funds may remain on hold for up to 10 days depending on your bank's policy.

Pre-paid Credit Cards
Pre-paid credit cards work similarly to bank-issued credit cards. However, many require pre-authorization for online transactions. To activate yours, call the number on the back of the card.

PayPal
We now accept PayPal for all online orders. Select PayPal at checkout to be redirected to PayPal’s site to log in and confirm your payment. Once complete, you'll return to Calendars.com to finalize your order.

Refunds for PayPal purchases will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Google Pay
Google Pay is accepted for quick and secure checkout. Select Google Pay at checkout and authenticate the transaction on your device.

Apple Pay
Apple Pay is now accepted for all purchases. Choose Apple Pay at checkout and confirm via Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode.

Money Orders
We accept money orders payable to Calendars.com. Contact Customer Service to place an order with this method. Orders will not ship until payment is received.

Checks
We accept personal, company, and cashier’s checks made out to Calendars.com. Contact Customer Service to place an order. Orders paid by check are held for ten days for bank approval before shipping.
