Susan Winget began her career in 1982 painting small watercolors from her garage, selling them for $8.50 at the Atlanta Gift Mart. That first year she shipped 9,000 paintings. In 1987 she partnered with Lang Graphics to develop her first calendar, Heart and Home, and hasn't slowed down since. Today she's ranked among the top five licensed artists in the United States, with her work appearing on Lang calendars, dinnerware, stationery, home décor, puzzles, and more. She earned a Fine Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, lived and worked on a family farm in Charlotte, North Carolina for over 30 years, and in 2017 moved with her family and horses to a scenic farm called Upper Place in Clover, South Carolina.
