To ensure delivery to a correctional facility, it is recommended that you contact the facility directly to inquire about their specific rules and regulations regarding incoming shipments. This may include restrictions on subject matter, format, and accepted courier services.

Inmate numbers can be included in the Last Name field when entering shipping information. Alternatively, the recipient's inmate number can be entered in the "Apt, Suite, etc." field of the shipping address.

If a shipment is returned to us by the facility, reach out to the facility for further details on the reason for the return, as this information is not provided to us.

Most correctional facilities only accept parcels shipped via USPS. During the checkout process, ensure to select the option indicating that the address cannot be serviced by UPS when adding the correctional facility as a shipping address.
